A gust of optimism is blowing over the world economy

As the first quarter of 2017 let us assume, the global situation is indeed on a path to improvement, with the exception of the United States and China. In the euro zone, the situation is clearly improving, and except for the United Kingdom, business insolvencies will decline in Europe. It is also the case in Russia, upgraded to B from C, and for some countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. But this gust of optimism won’t make it to China, where the indicators are flashing red, leading to a rise in the risk of insolvency.
