Malgré le Brexit, l’activité du Royaume-Uni a été globalement épargnée, malgré un fléchissement de l’investissement et une forte dépréciation du taux de change effectif réel de la livre sterling au Q2 2016. Pour autant, il n’est pas dit que les entreprises anglaises puissent résister indéfiniment. A court terme, leur activité sera impactée par la demande domestique et la hausse des coûts ; à long terme, la faiblesse des investissements se reflétera dans l’attractivité du pays.
