L’amélioration de la situation économique mondiale se confirme, à l’exception des Etats-Unis et de la Chine. Dans la zone euro, la situation s’améliore nettement, et à l’exception du Royaume-Uni, les défaillances d’entreprises baisseront en Europe. C’est également le cas en Russie, reclassée de C en B, et pour certains pays de la Communauté des Etats Indépendants. Ce vent d’optimisme ne porte cependant pas jusqu’en Chine, où les voyants de l’économie sont au rouge, menant à une augmentation du risque de défaillance.
