Chine-Afrique : le mariage de raison va-t-il durer ?

Presque 20 ans après le lancement du Forum de Coopération Chine-Afrique, réexaminer les relations de ces deux acteurs mondiaux est devenu nécessaire. Le rééquilibrage économique de la Chine au profit de sa consommation privée a commencé et le ralentissement de l’activité économique qui en découle se fait déjà sentir. La demande chinoise est donc plus faible, notamment en minéraux, et les prix des matières premières chutent ; ce constat est renforcé par le recul des échanges commerciaux entre le continent africain et la Chine ainsi que la diminution des IDE au cours des deux précédentes années.
